Terms & Conditions for the Care+ Service

1. Nokia products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. They offer high quality performance, ease of use as well as ease of installation. In the event of any difficulties using your Nokia product, we recommend that you first refer to the user guide or the information in the support section on this website, where you can find (depending on the product) a downloadable user guide, frequently asked questions, and also instruction videos.

 2. In the unlikely event of a product defect or damage in the Nokia products distributed by StreamView GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "StreamView"), StreamView will generally ensure that your Nokia product will be serviced free of charge within the warranty period, provided that you notify us about the defect during the warranty period, the product was used in accordance with the user manual, and the damage existed at the time of purchase or was caused by a defect already existing at that time.

 3. In addition, StreamView offers to extend this warranty period for an additional twelve (12) months beyond the applicable statutory warranty period by registering your Nokia device no later than three (3) months after the date of initial purchase.

 4. You may register your Product online at https://streamview.com/care/ by providing at least Your name, a contact address (address, telephone number or email address), the date of initial purchase and the serial number of the Nokia Product. Regarding the security of this data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.streamview.com/.

 5. This warranty extension is only valid for the registered Nokia product and cannot be transferred to any other product.

 6. In case of sale or private sale of the product, the warranty extension is not transferable to the second buyer. Therefore, the warranty extension is not available to dealers or other persons who purchase Nokia products for the purpose of resale.

 7. The warranty extension does not apply to consumable parts (such as batteries) and does not cover any damage or defects that can be proven to have arisen after the date of purchase or can only have arisen after that date.

 8. Furthermore, any warranty claims and therefore also the claims from the Care+ package will be lost if third parties not authorized by StreamView for this purpose try to repair the possible damage of this device.

 9. As with any service, the original purchase receipt has to be presented for services from the Care+ package.

 10. In case of defects covered by the warranty or the Care+ services, StreamView or third parties authorized by StreamView will, at their own discretion and according to the legal requirements, perform the service on the products reported as defective.

 11. Even if the product is replaced, the warranty period will not be extended. However, the warranty extension originally concluded in the course of product registration shall remain valid for the replaced product as well.
